The only class without sparring, taken by Denise Corke, the classes primarily are fitness classes with Thai Boxing drills, The Ladies Thai Boxing Fitness class is a great way to lose weight and increase your fitness levels. This class will tone up your whole body whilst increasing your speed, strength and agility. AND not only will Ladies Thai Boxing help you look and feel great it will help with self defense too!
